Donna graduated from Martins Ferry High School in 1979. She graduated with honors in 1983 from West Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. Donna earned her CPA in 1985 and started working at D'Anniballe and Company, Inc. in June, 1987.

Donna's areas of interest include attest services, including compilation and review financial statements. She also prepares individual, corporate and partnership returns, with a special interest in Family Farms.

Donna is a member of The Ohio State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She lives in Colerain, OH with her husband, Levi Dow and enjoys showing and riding her Arabian horses.
