BJ is a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Kent State University in 2001. Prior to joining D'Anniballe and Company, Inc. in January of 2010, he was the controller for seven years of a local company that distributes gasoline and heating oil products. He is presently studying for his CPA license.

BJ is married to his wife, Aubrey and they have two children, Nicholas and Julia.
